Return conditions
The user will have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to return it (according to article 71 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws)
The conditions for the return and cancellation of the order that are indicated below will be applied without prejudice to the rights that legally assist you.
Cancellation of the order
In accordance with the Retail Trade Management Law as well as with what is regulated by community regulations (Directive 97/7 / EC), you can change your mind and cancel the order.
If the order has not yet been shipped, we will refund your full amount.
If it has already been sent, you must return your order. In this case, once the merchandise is received in its original packaging and in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount with the same payment method used when ordering.
However, please note that the shipping costs of the return will be borne by you.

Damaged or defective products and incorrect deliveries
When you receive your order you must inspect it immediately to verify that the order is correct, always before opening and consuming the products. If you have received an incorrect order, or the products are damaged or defective, we will try to solve this problem as soon as possible with you.
To receive a refund or replacement of products, you must return the order or product in the same conditions in which you received it, and within 14 days of receipt. Money will be refunded in the same payment method used when ordering. The estimated refund time is 14 days.
What to do to return a product
Contact us quickly and safely, by phone call or via e-mail, providing your order number, the product to be returned and the reason for this return. We will confirm the address to which you will have to send the item in question. Please pack the item securely and include your order number, name and full address inside the package. Also includes the receipt or proof of delivery when you return the product to us.
Any product sent back is the responsibility of the user until it reaches our warehouse. Therefore, please ensure that you return the product using a secure shipping method.

We will only refund the shipping costs of those returns for erroneous orders, as well as products that are damaged or defective.
