Ingredients:
Roasted walnuts
Organic Sea Lettuce Flakes
Lettuce mix
Feta cheese
For the vinaigrette: Garlic (optional, but recommended), oil, vinegar, mustard and soy sauce.
Elaboration:
We cut the lettuce fine
Chop the walnuts the size we like.
For the vinaigrette we mix the oil, the garlic, the soy sauce, the vinegar and the mustard.
In a salad bowl we will put the lettuce, the flakes of sea lettuce to taste, the vinaigrette, the diced cheese and on top of everything, the toasted walnuts.
